The "Mytrack" collapsible rack we provided perfectly addressed all the above challenges through one core customized design. The robust steel decking provides a solid foundation, making it an ideal, heavy-duty solution, easily adaptable as a motorcycle shipping pallet for sale.
This is the core of the entire solution. We understand that for high-value products, an open-mesh or cross-bar base is unacceptable. Our design integrates a solid, smooth steel plate deck into the base of the rack. This provides a continuous, gap-free support surface that evenly distributes weight, eliminating the risk of damage caused by concentrated pressure points.
While providing ultimate protection, we maintained the flexibility the client valued. The side frames of the rack can be easily folded inward to lay flat on the base. This design enables the stacking of empty racks; the total height of 8 folded racks stacked together is only about 8.2 feet. This greatly enhances space utilization, whether stored in a warehouse or loaded for return. A 40-foot high-cube container can hold 64 folded racks.
Faced with numerous product specifications, we did not design a unique rack for each size. Instead, we planned two standardized rack sizes that could cover the storage needs of the vast majority of their products, significantly simplifying inventory management and on-site scheduling.
