Modern IGU production often involves sensitive components like warm-edge spacers. Our racks are designed with neutrality in mind. The electrostatically powder-coated finish ensures there is no raw metal transfer that could react with sealants or spacer materials.
Furthermore, the base profiles are angled (typically 3 to 5 degrees) to ensure the glass sheets rest naturally against the A-frame backboard. This gravity-assisted stability means you need less clamping force from straps, further reducing the pressure on the delicate center of the glass pane where coatings are most vulnerable.

The carts transport glass to and from the washer. While the racks themselves are rust-resistant, they are not designed to go inside the washing chamber. They are optimized for the dry-end offloading area.
The ergonomic handle is welded directly to the main structural frame. It can withstand the force required to initiate movement of a full 1,500kg load, provided the castors are unlocked and the floor is reasonably level.
