2. How does the central support bar help?
It reduces the span of the horizontal steel beams. Without it, the horizontal beams might bow slightly under heavy loads, causing the glass sheets to bend. The central bar ensures the glass rests against a true flat surface, preventing optical distortion or breakage.
3. Can I stack loaded racks on top of each other?
No, standard A-frames are not designed for stacking while loaded. However, you can use the crane to lift them onto mezzanine floors or upper decks of specialized transport trailers to maximize vertical volume.
4. What is the weight limit for lifting these racks?
Standard models have a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 1,500kg to 2,000kg for crane lifting. Always verify the rating plate on your specific rack model before attempting an overhead lift.
