Stillage is consist of mesh and plate. The mesh is 5.8 or 6.2 dimaster's fine line which be processed from Q235 by wiredrawing processing. The fine line was cut into various length, and then through the welding net, finally becoming the finished product. The mesh is processed by hot galvanizing. The chassis is bended plate whose thickness is 1.8mm or 2.5mm, and then be cut and welded manually into U-steel. Welding of the bottom mesh and U-steel is full-length welding, and each contact point of U-steel and mesh piece is putting through welding machine, so the bearing capacity is stronger. At last, the mesh plate and chassis are assembled by spring and return buckle.

Our Laboratory The bearing capacity of the base is 1.5 tons, and the maximum stress is186Mpa, which is the stress concentration point. It is located at the weld joint between the support leg and the frame of the base. Most of the rest of the stress is no bigger than 52Mpa, and the allowable stress is less than 235Mpa.
The above figure shows that under the condition of three layers of foldable box, the stress of the bottom layer foldable box column is158Mpa.The yield stress value of the material is less than 235Mpa.
