In the heat of a California summer or the humidity of a Florida warehouse, that glue fails. The rubber slides off, exposing your pristine float glass sheets to raw steel. One bump, and you have a "vent" or a full shatter.
We eliminated this risk. Our racks feature a Steel-Core Rubber Profile. The EPDM rubber is vulcanized around a steel insert and mechanically fastened to the rack frame with self-tapping screws. It cannot peel, slide, or detach, even under the shearing force of loading heavy laminated glass packs.

Yes. While optimized for full packs, the L-shape design with the bottom ledge allows for storing mixed sizes ("split packs"). For loose lites or smaller cut sizes, we recommend using ratchet straps secured to the integrated eyelets to prevent shifting.
2. Do you offer Hot-Dip Galvanizing for outdoor storage?
Absolutely. For stone yards or outdoor glass storage where moisture is prevalent, we offer Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG) which provides superior corrosion resistance compared to powder coating, ensuring a 10+ year lifespan even in coastal environments.
3. What is the weight capacity per rack?
Our standard heavy-duty L-Rack is rated for 1,500 kg to 3,000 kg (approx. 3,300 - 6,600 lbs) depending on the specific model (Compact vs. Jumbo). We can engineer reinforced versions for heavier stone slab applications.
4. How does the rubber padding prevent "moisture stain"?
