Stop sacrificing your inventory to gravity.
In the feed and milling industry, stacking 50kg bags on the floor is a gamble. Bottom layers harden into bricks, packaging bursts under pressure, and FIFO becomes a logistical nightmare.
You don't need more floor space—you need smarter vertical integration that respects the integrity of your product. Convert your "air rights" into usable storage without a single bolt of fixed racking.
For Plant Managers at flour mills or animal feed facilities, the warehouse floor is a battlefield. You are dealing with high-density SKUs—from Layer Mash to Chick Booster—that are heavy, sensitive to moisture, and prone to packaging failure.
Traditional floor stacking (block stacking) creates a massive hidden cost: Product Compression. When you stack palletized feed or flour bags 3 or 4 high, the bottom pallet bears the weight of thousands of pounds. The result? Hardened product that customers reject, or worse, burst bags that invite pests and contamination.
This is where industrial stacking racks (also known as Post Pallets) change the physics of your warehouse. By transferring the load through steel columns rather than the product itself, you ensure that the bottom pallet experiences zero vertical pressure, regardless of how high you stack.

In food production, wood is a liability. It splinters, absorbs moisture, and harbors bacteria—a direct violation of strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. Yet, many mills still rely on wooden pallets placed directly on the floor.
Our galvanized metal post pallets offer a sanitary alternative specifically engineered for the food supply chain:

Feed mills often produce in batches—running Hog Starter in the morning and Duck Pellets in the afternoon. This results in a warehouse filled with partial lots and high SKU diversity. Buried pallets in a block stack make it impossible to access specific batches without moving tons of inventory (the "Honeycombing" effect).
With portable stack racks, every stack is an independent unit. Your forklift operators can move a full tier of 2,000 lbs of product in a single motion. This capability transforms your warehouse from a static storage facility into a dynamic cross-docking center.
Agricultural processing is seasonal. During harvest or peak demand, you need maximum density. In off-peak months, you need floor space for maintenance or cleaning. Fixed racking bolts you down to a permanent layout.
The Derack system breathes with your business. When not in use, the posts are removed, and the bases nest together. You can store 60 empty racks in the space of 10 full ones, reclaiming 80% of your floor space instantly.

We don't sell generic "shelves." We build load-bearing assets designed for the specific weight distribution of palletized bags and bulk sacks (FIBC).
| Feature | Specification | Benefit for Milling/Feed Industry |
|---|---|---|
| Load Capacity | 1500kg - 2000kg (3300 - 4400 lbs) | Supports heavy pallets of minerals, premixes, or flour without bowing. |
| Stacking Height | 4-5 Tiers High | Quadruples storage density without crushing the bottom layer bags. |
| Surface Treatment | Hot-Dip Galvanized (>60μm) | Rust-proof protection suitable for humid production environments and wash-downs. |
| Base Design | Steel Mesh or Sheet | Prevents bag sagging and protects against forklift tine damage from below. |
Q1: Can these racks hold standard 1200x1000mm pallets used in the Philippines?
Yes. Our pallet stillages are customizable. We typically design the internal dimension to be 100mm wider than your wooden or plastic pallet to allow for easy forklift placement without snagging the bags.
Q2: Will the posts damage the bags of flour or feed?
No. The posts are positioned at the corners, outside the perimeter of the standard pallet load. Unlike block stacking where bags rub against each other, the rack frame provides a protective cage around your product.
Q3: Are these racks suitable for cold storage environments?
Absolutely. The hot-dip galvanized finish is impervious to cold and condensation. Unlike painted racks which peel and rust in freezers, galvanized racks offer self-healing corrosion protection, ensuring no rust flakes contaminate your food products.
Q4: How stable are they when stacked 4 high with heavy feed bags?
Extremely stable. We utilize a "Cup Feet" or "Target" stacking design. The feet of the upper rack lock securely over the posts of the lower rack. The weight of the heavy feed bags actually increases the stability of the connection.
Q5: Can we use these for transporting goods between our different plants?
Yes, this is a key advantage. Instead of wrapping and re-wrapping pallets, you can load the full rack onto the truck. This protects the bags during transit and speeds up loading/unloading times by 80%, as you are moving larger units.
