This project reference shows an empty weight of about 70 kg, a static load of 4,000 kg, and a dynamic load of 2,000 kg, using Q235 carbon steel, 40 × 2 mm and 30 × 1.5 mm tube sections, and 5 mm steel wire. These values are reference configuration values, not a general rating for every Mybox variant. For high-frequency SKUs, a project-specific floor can be designed for a specified pallet rack beam and location. Provide beam height, beam width, clear rack height, rack capacity, and the required locating method; compatibility is not universal.
Folded units can be packed and loaded for return or export transport. The container quantity depends on the final floor area, folded height, lid, casters, and packing method, so loading quantities are stated according to the approved packing plan.
The steel tube upright frame carries the structure around the mesh perimeter and gives the design a stronger basis for project-specific stacking and larger formats than a light all-mesh basket. The loads still require confirmation for the selected dimensions and distribution.
A closed and locked Mybox can be handled as one unit by a forklift or a pallet truck when the floor and fork access are designed for that route. This helps avoid repeatedly tipping loose parts between storage and production.
After unloading, the side structure can be folded to reduce the footprint or height of empty units. The approved folding sequence and folded dimensions must be verified before routine operation.
Half-drop, fully openable, removable, or multi-side door arrangements are available as design options. The right choice depends on where the operator stands, what equipment surrounds the basket, and whether access is manual or forklift-assisted.
Powder coating, cold galvanizing, and hot-dip galvanizing are recorded surface treatment options. Indoor, outdoor, humid, chemical, or cleaning conditions should be stated in the request for quotation; coating or galvanizing does not replace an unconfirmed corrosion or compliance certificate.
Send the part name, part dimensions, individual and total basket weight, center of gravity, sharp edges, loading pattern, and whether the unit moves by forklift, pallet truck, casters, or an approved lifting device.
Confirm the required internal dimensions, permissible external dimensions, door side, access opening, floor type, mesh or panel perimeter, lid, divider, pallet positioning, and any rack or vehicle clearances.
State whether the requirement is static storage, dynamic forklift movement, caster movement, stacking, or lifting. The final drawing should confirm the tube profiles, wire or plate details, folding mechanism, stacking feet, fork pockets, caster or lifting device, dimensions, tolerances, and the selected powder coating, cold galvanizing, or hot-dip galvanizing.
Before production release, align the acceptance record, any requested load tests or material documentation, marking, packaging, and the export loading plan. Shipping quantities of folded units remain an estimate until the final packing arrangement is approved.
Train operators to fully lock doors, distribute loads, engage stacking feet correctly, and move at controlled speed. Do not stack on uneven ground, with unlocked casters, or with an unstable or offset load; normal forklift-handleable versions are not automatically approved for crane lifting.

Custom options include overall dimensions, mesh or steel panel sides, mesh or steel floor, wooden pallet locating features, lids, half- or full-opening doors, dividers, casters, rack locating features, lifting points, labels, and logos. The final material thickness, coating requirements, and environmental suitability remain quotation parameters.
Do not choose the open version by default when the goods require full enclosure, controlled dust protection, restricted access, a certified lifting application, food or chemical compliance, or a known racking interface that has not been verified. Consider a lid or steel panel variant, a different packaging system, or a separately engineered lifting or racking solution.
