Turn mixed large loads into a controlled handling unit
Mixed large goods are easier to move when the load is organized before the forklift arrives. Mytrack combines a steel load base, four upright posts, and a defined forklift entry area. For project configuration 14922, the recorded forklift entry height is 100 mm.
The result is a stackable metal stillage rack for planned palletized mechanical handling: load the mixed goods within the confirmed envelope, check the center of gravity and securing, then move the complete unit at controlled speed. Decide whether the rack is to be load-stackable, empty-stackable, collapsible for return, or whether a specific base, mesh wall, securing or protective feature is required.

Can mixed large goods be moved as one batch?

Does the steel base withstand forklift entry?
The base features a defined fork entry area for forklifts, and file 14922 uses an entry height of 100 mm. Operators must approach straight, insert evenly, and lift at a controlled speed. Do not drive the forks in with impact, do not insert at an angle, and do not use impact handling. The final base resistance and load limits depend on the released configuration and the required testing.
Is Mytrack designed for 2,000 kg?
Do not treat the "2T" indication shown in some project visualizations as a general or certified safe load capacity. File 14922 contains a customer-side design requirement of 2 t, but the final rated load remains dependent on the released drawing, the load situation, and the required testing or acceptance criteria.
What is not included as standard?
Rollers, trailer couplings, lifting beams, side grilles, motorcycle wheel recesses, rubber buffers, lashing points, and roller door fastenings are configuration options that must be reviewed – not standard features to be assumed from product images.
