Can mixed large goods be moved as one batch?
Yes, when the goods fit the confirmed internal envelope, the combined weight and load distribution are approved, and the items are positioned or restrained for the intended handling route. Mytrack is intended to organize goods into a mechanical handling unit; it is not an automatic approval for every mixed load.
Can the steel base withstand forklift entry?
The base includes a defined forklift-entry area, and the 14922 record uses a 100 mm entry height. Operators must approach squarely, insert evenly and lift at a controlled speed. Do not ram the forks, enter at an angle or use impact handling. Final base durability and load limits depend on the approved configuration and required verification.
Is Mytrack rated for 2,000 kg?
Do not treat the “2T” text shown in some project visuals as a universal or certified safe working load. The 14922 record contains a 2 t customer design requirement, but the final rated load remains subject to the approved drawing, loading condition and required test or acceptance criteria.
What is not included by default?
Casters, tow bars, lifting beams, side gates, motorcycle wheel slots, rubber cushioning, tie-down points and roller-door fixtures are configuration options to evaluate, not standard features to assume from product images. Tell us which ones your load and route require.
When is Mytrack unsuitable?
It is unsuitable without further engineering review when the load has an unknown center of gravity, exceeds the confirmed envelope, requires unverified loaded stacking, depends on impact or angled fork entry, or needs a lifting or restraint function not shown in the approved configuration.
