Get boxes off the floor with vertical stacked storage
Mytrack is a collapsible frame for handling cartons and bulk goods: a steel base, four stacking posts at the corners and forklift access turn loose floor stock into an organized handling unit.
During storage, the upper frame must be positioned so that each foot sits fully on the corresponding lower post. That post-to-foot contact is the stability principle, not a claim of a universal stacking height or load capacity. The number of stacked units, floor capacity and full-load stacking condition must be confirmed with the approved configuration.
- Position before lifting: align the four feet with the stacking posts of the lower frame before removing the forklift.
- Use the height above the floor: stack cartons or bulk goods vertically where building clearance, floor conditions and operating rules allow.
- Handle as one unit: forklift pockets allow mechanical palletized handling instead of repeated manual rearrangement.
- Fold for the return trip: the registered design 14922 folds from 1,270 mm total height to 355 mm; this project value is not a universal Mytrack specification.

How are cartons stacked?
Load cartons or bulk goods onto the steel base, then place the next rack with the four feet fully seated on the posts of the lower rack. Forklift pockets keep each handling unit accessible.
Are the posts stable?
The positioning relationship is clear: the upper post sections receive the upper feet. Operators must verify full contact, level floor, no deformation and the approved stacking condition before removing the truck.
How much floor space can you save?
There is no honest universal percentage. Savings depend on carton footprint, aisle width, clearance height, number of stacks and safety distance. Send a floor plan and batch count for a comparison.
Why not a flat steel pallet?
A flat pallet provides a base; Mytrack adds corner post positioning and a foldable return format. It is suitable for organized vertical block storage, not a substitute for any pallet or fixed racking.

What stacking height can we use?
The maximum number of stacking layers and floor capacity are not universal specifications. Confirm full or empty load stacking, building clearance, floor condition, center of gravity and site rules for the selected configuration.
What dimensions are available?
