Mytrack is a foldable stillage for carton and bulk-goods handling: a steel base, four corner stacking posts and forklift access turn loose floor stock into one organized handling unit.
During storage, the upper frame must be positioned so every foot sits fully over the corresponding lower post. That post-to-foot contact is the stability principle—not a claim of a universal stack height or load rating. The stack count, floor capacity and full-load stacking condition must be confirmed against the approved configuration.
- Locate before lifting away: align all four feet with the lower rack’s stacking posts before withdrawing the forklift.
- Use the height above the floor: stack cartons or bulk goods vertically where building clearance, floor condition and operating rules permit.

How do cartons stack?
Load cartons or bulk goods on the steel base, then place the next rack with all four feet fully seated over the lower rack’s posts. Forklift pockets keep each handling unit accessible.
Are the posts stable?
The locating relationship is clear: post tops receive the upper feet. Operators must verify full contact, level ground, no deformation and the approved stacking condition before removing the truck.
How much floor can it save?
There is no honest universal percentage. The saving depends on carton footprint, aisle width, clear height, stack count and safety clearance. Send a floor plan and batch count for a comparison.
Why not a flat steel pallet?
A flat pallet provides a base; Mytrack adds corner post positioning and a foldable return format. It is suited to organized vertical block storage, not a substitute for every pallet or fixed rack.

Is Mytrack rated for 2,000 kg?
The 2 t figure appears as a customer design requirement and in promotional visuals for selected configurations. It is not a universal or certified safe working load in the available records. Confirm the required load case and approved design before purchase.
What stack height can we use?
Maximum stack layers and floor capacity are not universal specifications. Confirm full-load or empty-load stacking, building clear height, floor condition, center of gravity and site rules for the selected configuration.
What dimensions are available?
Dimensions are project-defined. One recorded 14922 design is 2,300 × 2,470 × 1,270 mm overall, with 2,116 × 2,410 mm length/width internally and 355 mm folded height. These values must not be applied to every order.
Can it include casters, side gates or load protection?
Such features can be reviewed as options where the load and handling method require them. The images show selected configurations, not a standard package. Specify wheels, hinged rails, restraints, rubber protection or other accessories in the engineering review.
How does it compare with floor storage?
It can turn dispersed cartons into forklift-ready units and use approved vertical space. The actual area saving must be calculated from your footprint, aisle, clearance and stack rules rather than promised as a fixed percentage.
