Steel Palletizers
derack
Our steel palletizers combine a welded tubular base with removable corner posts, so a single unit can carry heavy palletized loads in the warehouse and stack flat on the return trip.
Why Steel Palletizers Outperform Single-Use Pallets
A steel palletizer replaces one-way pallets and fixed racking with a single reusable load carrier.
Each unit is built around a welded base frame with fork channels, four removable corner posts with self-centering cup feet, and an open platform that accepts pallets, crates, or bulk bags. When the load is moved, the posts are removed and the base nests inside the next base, reducing return-trip volume by up to 80 percent.
- Removable corner posts for flat return
- Fork channels for full-unit handling
- Self-centering cup feet for secure stacking
- Hot-dip galvanized or electrostatic paint finish

Three Palletizer Formats for Your Load
Estándar
Standard Palletizer 1340 × 1340
Four-post palletizer for palletized consumer goods, parts, and small-batch components. Compatible with EUR pallets of 1200×1000 and 1200×800.
High
High Palletizer 1702 mm
Extended-post version for bulk bags, rolls, and loose components that need additional clearance without changing the warehouse footprint.
Wide Base
Wide-Base Palletizer
Square wide-base layout for long products, pipes, and awkward loads that do not sit securely on a standard 1200 mm pallet.
Designed for Cycles, Not One-Way Trips
Welded Tubular Frame
Each base is built with rectangular tube and reinforced welded corners, so the palletizer withstands hundreds of fork cycles without the structure loosening.
Removable Posts
Posts are unbolted in seconds, so empty palletizers nest at a 4:1 to 6:1 ratio and reclaim container space on every return trip.
Optional Hot-Dip Galvanizing
A zinc coating of over 55 μm protects the steel in cold rooms, outdoor yards, and food washdown plants.
Reusable Transport Packaging
Specify a steel palletizer once and use it as an RTP asset between the factory, warehouse, and customer dock.
From Specification to Delivery in Four Steps
Share Load and Footprint
Send us the pallet size, load weight per unit, stacking height required, and preferred finish (paint, electrostatic paint, or galvanized).
Engineering Drawing
We return a dimensioned CAD drawing with post layout, fork pocket positions, and base footprint for your approval before production begins.
Production and Load Testing
Frames are welded, posts are fitted, and a sample unit undergoes load testing before the production batch is released for surface treatment.
Embalaje y Envío
Finished palletizers are bundled in stacks, loaded flat when required, and shipped FOB, CIF, or DDP to your site.
