A steel pallet racking replaces one-way pallets and fixed racking with a single reusable load carrier.
Elke eenheid is opgebouwd rond een gelast basisframe met vorkheftruckkanalen, vier afneembare hoekpalen met zelfcentrerende voetbekers en een open dek dat pallets, kratten of bulkzakken accepteert. Wanneer de lading verplaatst wordt, komen de palen eraf en wordt de basis gestapeld in de volgende basis, waardoor het retourvolume met tot 80 procent wordt verminderd.

Each base is built from rectangular tube with corner weld joints, so the racking survives hundreds of forklift cycles without the structure loosening.

Posts are demountable in seconds, so empty racking nests 4:1 to 6:1 and reclaims container space on every return trip.
Optionele heetverzinking
A zinc coating of more than 55 μm protects the steel in cold stores, outdoor sites, and washable food factories.

Technical drawing
We return a dimensioned CAD drawing with post configuration, forklift positions, and base footprint for your approval before production begins.
Production & load test
Frames are welded, posts assembled, and a sample is load-tested before the production run is released for surface treatment.
Packing & shipping
Finished racking is stacked and bundled, packed flat if needed, and shipped FOB, CIF, or DDP to your location.
