A steel pallet stillage replaces single-use pallets and fixed racking with one reusable load carrier.
Each unit is built around a welded base frame with fork-lift channels, four detachable corner posts with self-centring cup feet, and an open deck that accepts pallets, crates or bulk bags. When the load moves on, the posts come off and the base nests inside the next base, cutting return-trip volume by up to 80 percent.

Welded Tubular Frame

Optional Hot-Dip Galvanising

Engineering Drawing
We return a dimensioned CAD drawing with post layout, fork-lift pocket positions and base footprint for your approval before production starts.
Production & Load Test
Frames are welded, posts fitted, and a sample unit is load-tested before the production run is released for surface treatment.
Pack & Ship
Finished stillages are stack-bundled, loaded flat-packed where required and shipped FOB, CIF or DDP to your site.
