A pallet stillage is a steel frame with a flat deck and four corner posts. It behaves like a heavy-duty pallet that can be lifted by forklift and stacked several units high.
Unlike standard wooden pallets, pallet stillages support far heavier loads and protect products with vertical steel posts. The 48 x 48 inch footprint matches common pallet dimensions, so the units slot into existing racking, conveyor lines, and trailer layouts. Remove the posts and the bases nest inside each other, cutting the space needed for empty returns by up to 70%. Choose a plywood deck for light, flat loads or a steel slat deck for wet, oily, or sharp-edged parts.
