The math is simple: Standard static racks fill a truck quickly. Our folding L-frames can be stacked up to 11 units high when empty. In a standard 40ft High Cube container, you can fit 112 folded racks. This capability allows you to close the logistics loop efficiently, retrieving your assets from job sites without dispatching a fleet of empty trucks.

Zero-Tolerance for Edge Damage: The Structural Difference

Whether you are handling soft-coat Low-E glass, heavy laminated sheets, or finished Insulated Glass Units (IGUs), edge protection is non-negotiable. A generic metal rack is a recipe for high cull rates due to chipping and shell cracks during transport.

This design ensures that even under the weight of 4,400 lbs (2000kg) of stone or glass, the padding will not compress to the point of failure, protecting the critical edges of your architectural glass from road vibration and handling shocks.

Vertical Optimization: 3-High Loaded Stacking

Seamless Integration with Fab Shop Workflow

A rack must be mobile to be useful. From the CNC cutting line to the sealing robot, and finally to the delivery truck, the rack is the moving vessel of your production.

Nossos folding glass shipping racks are equipped with standard two-way or optional four-way forklift channels, ensuring compatibility with your existing material handling fleet. For facilities utilizing overhead cranes (common in stone and heavy glass sectors), we integrate certified lifting lugs (lifting hooks) directly into the frame structure.
