A Picking Bin You Can Reach From Every Side

Mybox four-side access picking bins put a gate on all four walls, so storekeepers grab or restock parts from the face they are already at — no walking around the unit, and no unstacking just to reach a lower box.

Each wall of the Mybox bin carries its own gate on hinges with drop-rod or bolt latches, so all four faces can be opened independently. Walls are wire mesh (standard 50×50 mm, Ø5 mm wire) or steel plate, wrapped on a Q235 steel tube frame (common 40×40 mm uprights) that gives the rigid skeleton for stable block-stacking. When bins are stacked, the steel tube uprights and stacking feet hold the upper units in place while the side gates keep each level reachable — you pick after stacking, not by tearing the stack down. This is a documented Mybox variant: the four-side-door unit (for example 2500×1300×1220 mm, hot-dip galvanized, ~1000 kg uniform load as a project specification) shows the configuration in production. For lower bins deep in a tall stack, the rack-compatible base (15806-type) sets units on beams so you reach them without moving the upper ones. Pair it with our collapsible steel box when your flow mixes stacked storage and bench-side picking.

A single-door cage forces pickers to walk to that one face and often unstack to reach inner bins. Four independent gates let you take from the side you are already at, cutting travel in dense aisles.
