Rack Stacking No Wobble
Each rack rests on the rack below - no clamps, no straps, only gravity-locked columns.
Rack stacking works because the base of each upper rack fits into the tops of the posts of the rack below, causing the load to travel straight down the column rather than tipping sideways. The result is a rigid tower that withstands forklift placement and retrieval without shifting. Add a level when inventory increases; remove one when it decreases - the column rebalances with every move.
