Stable Stacking System

Rack Stacking
That Stays Put

Rack Stacking Without the Wobble

Each rack seats into the one below – no clamps, no straps, just gravity-locked columns.

Rack stacking works because the base of every upper rack drops onto the post tops of the rack beneath it, so the load travels straight down the column instead of tipping sideways. The result is a rigid tower that handles forklift placement and retrieval without shifting. Add a level when stock rises; pull one when it falls – the column re-balances itself with every move.

  • Posts interlock level-to-level for straight load paths
  • No clamps or straps needed to stay stable
  • Columns grow or shrink with inventory
  • Hot-dip galvanized for long service life

Why derack Stacks Better

Lock

Seats, Not Straps

Upper racks drop onto lower post tops, so the column stays aligned under load.

Safe

No Tipping

Straight load paths keep stacked columns stable through handling.

Galv

Rust-Free

Hot-dip coating holds up in yards, cold stores, and washdown.

Fit

Matched to You

Stacking Questions

How does it stay stable?
Each upper rack seats onto the post tops below, so the load runs straight down the column instead of tipping.
Do I need straps or clamps?
No. The interlock is mechanical – the column holds itself once levels are seated.
How tall can I go?
Up to five levels with the full-height version, each rated 2000 kg per level.
