Stbox Wire Mesh Container: Four-Way Fork Entry & Stackable Base
Stbox
Stbox wire mesh container with U-channel reinforced base, formed stack feet and a drawing-led forklift interface. Confirm fork clearance, four-way handling and stacking alignment before order.
Four-way access starts with the base
Four-way handling shown. Stable stacking depends on a reinforced base, formed stack feet and a confirmed equipment interface.
Stbox is a collapsible wire mesh container for parts storage, WIP buffering and warehouse handling. The handling-focused build combines U-channel steel reinforcement under the container, a formed steel bottom plate or base frame, and heavy-duty formed stack feet. At each corner, the foot is designed to seat into the locating area on the upper frame of the container below. That physical engagement helps keep the upper box aligned instead of relying only on friction between flat surfaces.
- Base reinforcement: U-shaped channel steel or channel reinforcements support the formed bottom structure; the final section, count and layout follow the approved base drawing.
- Stack locating: Four corner feet must be fully seated in the lower container’s locating zones before the forklift or pallet jack is withdrawn.
- Interface check: Indexed scenes show pallet-jack handling from multiple directions; fork-pocket clear distance and four-way compatibility must be confirmed against the final base drawing and the customer’s equipment.
- Operating discipline: Approach squarely and at controlled speed. No violent entry, angled fork, side loading or impact against the gate frame.

One container platform, three handling decisions

BASE
U-channel reinforced bottom
Use when repeated forklift or pallet-jack handling and distributed industrial loads make the bottom frame the first design checkpoint.

STACKING
Formed feet with locating engagement
Use when floor storage needs repeatable vertical alignment. The upper container must be lowered squarely until all four feet are seated.

HANDLING
Fork and pallet-jack interface review
Use when the site has fixed fork dimensions, limited turning space or a requirement for custom access from more than one direction.
A movable container, not a substitute for fixed shelving
Load travels with the box
A wire mesh container holds parts as a handling unit from production line to warehouse floor. A fixed rack organizes a location; it does not travel with the load.
Stack feet guide the load path
The four formed feet and lower locating areas help align stacked boxes. They do not authorize a universal layer count or load rating; those remain project-specific.
Open visibility, optional protection
The mesh supports visual inventory checks and airflow. For small, delicate, dusty or theft-sensitive parts, assess a PP liner, lid or lockable variant.
Empty return volume can shrink
When empty, the collapsible crate can be folded for storage or return logistics. Folded height and bundling quantity must be confirmed for the selected design.
Prevent “forks will not enter” and “the stack rocks” before arrival
Send the equipment data
Share forklift and pallet-jack type, fork dimensions, entry directions, rated capacity, turning space and the loaded centre of gravity.
Approve the base drawing
Confirm the U-channel layout, formed bottom, stack feet, locating zones and fork-pocket clear distances on the final engineering drawing. Do not infer four-way compatibility from a product photo alone.
Approach square and slow
Keep both forks level and centred, enter fully into the approved pockets, lift smoothly and keep the load balanced. Never force an angled fork into the base or strike the door frame.
Seat all four feet
Before withdrawing the forks, lower the upper box squarely and verify every corner foot is seated in the lower locating area. Isolate any bent foot, distorted base or damaged weld.
Questions to close before you order
Does Stbox definitely accept forks from all four directions?
The indexed images show pallet-jack handling scenes from the base interface. The exact fork-pocket clear distance and four-way generality must be confirmed on the final base drawing for the selected size and the customer’s equipment.
How does the stack stay aligned?
Each corner formed foot works with the locating area at the top of the lower container. Stable seating requires a square approach, level floor conditions and all four feet fully engaged; it is not a promise of unlimited stacking.
Can I use the same box on fixed warehouse racking?
Do not assume it. Stbox is a movable industrial storage cage for floor storage and mechanical handling. Rack beam dimensions, point loads, safety clearances and rack certification require a separate engineering review.
What load rating should I put in the purchase order?
Project records include different load figures, including 1000 kg and 1400 kg in different configurations. Confirm static or dynamic load, distribution, stacking level, upper-box total weight and test method for your selected design.
Which options protect small or delicate parts?
A 50 × 50 mm mesh may need a PP hollow-board liner for small, scratch-sensitive or dust-sensitive parts. A lid or lockable top is an option shown in the image index, not a default configuration.
What should be checked during receiving?
Compare the delivered base with the approved drawing. Inspect the U-channel members, formed bottom, feet, mesh, welds and gate before loading. Check that the handling equipment enters without force and that a trial stack seats evenly.
