Make a wire mesh container fit the part—not the other way around
A PP liner can stop small parts from escaping through a 50 × 50 mm mesh and reduce rubbing against the steel grid: one simple check that can prevent lost pieces and surface scratches.
Stbox is a collapsible steel wire mesh container for industrial storage and returnable handling. The base container remains a ventilated, visible steel cage. For precision components, electronic parts, semiconductor-related materials, or applications where dust, loss, or unauthorized access matters, the accessory package can be reviewed at quotation stage.

Match the option to the failure mode
Small parts may drop out
A 50 × 50 mm mesh is useful for visibility and ventilation, but it is not a fine screen. If the smallest component, loose fastener, or process scrap can pass through the opening, request a PP liner and confirm its coverage and retention method.
Parts may be scratched
Precision-machined, coated, polished, or electronic parts should not be assumed compatible with bare steel mesh. A liner can separate the load from the grid, but material compatibility, edges, cleaning, and replacement method must be checked.
Dust or access needs control
Use the liner as a physical contact and drop barrier, and evaluate a top cover or locking cover for top-side contamination and access control. Neither option should be described as a sealed cleanroom or theft-proof enclosure without a separate specification.
Food or sensitive environments
For food ingredients, semiconductor logistics, or controlled production areas, confirm hygiene, cleanability, ESD, chemical exposure, temperature, and any food-contact requirement before selecting PP, coating, lid, or caster materials.

Select the barrier
Confirm black or light green PP liner preference, covered faces, edge treatment, fixing method, cleaning needs, and required dust-control level.
Define movement and access
State whether the container needs a top lid, locking cover, casters, or brakes. Confirm floor type, movement frequency, equipment, and access control.
Approve the drawing
Before order release, verify accessory dimensions, liner thickness, caster load rating, lock arrangement, center of gravity, stacking limits, and final quotation.

Is the PP liner included with every Stbox?
No. The black and light green PP hollow-board liners are optional variants shown in the product image index. Liner color, thickness, coverage, fixing, and price are inquiry-confirmed items.
Why is a liner needed with a 50 × 50 mm mesh?
The mesh supports visual checking and ventilation, but a 50 × 50 mm opening may allow smaller parts or loose items to fall through. It can also leave precision parts in contact with steel. Review the smallest item dimension and add a liner when drop-through or rubbing is a real risk.
Will the PP liner make the container dustproof?
It creates a physical barrier that may reduce direct dust contact and loose-particle escape. It does not by itself make the container sealed, cleanroom-rated, or suitable for a defined hygiene class. Those requirements must be specified and reviewed.
Are the top lid, lock, and casters standard equipment?
No. The indexed renders show possible mesh-lid, locking-cover, and polyurethane-caster configurations. They are not base-configuration promises. Lock specification, caster assembly, brake, load rating, stacking use, and dimensions must be confirmed for the order.
Can a caster-equipped Stbox be stacked like a fixed-foot cage?
Do not assume so. Casters change the load path, center of gravity, floor contact, and movement condition. Stacking permission and operating limits must be confirmed separately for the selected wheel assembly.
What should be included in an accessory inquiry?
Send the part type, smallest size, weight, scratch and dust concerns, access risk, movement route, floor condition, desired liner coverage, lid or lock need, caster/brake need, and required cleaning or compliance conditions. We will confirm the engineering parameters before quotation.
