Drahtgitter-Container mit PP-Inlay für Schüttgut-Befestigungselemente und Kleinteile
stbox

A black or light green PP hollow sheet inlay can create a physical barrier between parts and the steel mesh. The required thickness, covered areas, and fastening method are not standard facts—define these with the part and the handling route.
TOP COVER CONTROLLid for spill control
A hinged mesh lid and a lockable lid are optional variants. Consider these if parts can jump out during handling, if the container is staged in a busy aisle, or if access needs to be controlled.
A practical path from loose parts to controlled handling
Keep the mesh decision honest
50 × 50 mm is a documented mesh option, not the universal answer for every fastener. Size, shape, and orientation determine whether a part can fall through or hang on the wire.
Reduce metal-to-part contact
PP hollow sheet lining is shown to protect precision components. Confirm how much of the interior needs to be covered and how the lining stays in place during loading and unloading.
Align access with counting work
The half-height flap supports manual access to stored goods. It may suit teams currently counting by tipping small boxes, provided the receiving configuration is agreed in advance.
Consider handling in the design
Stbox is designed for repeated industrial handling with forklift and pallet jack use, as documented in the product materials. Final fork openings, load center, capacity, and stacking rules require project confirmation.
Four checks before your order
Measure the smallest part
Send length, width, height, shape, and a photo or sample. State whether it can roll, rotate, or fall diagonally through the opening.
Choose the barrier
Compare the 50 × 50 mm base grid with a PP inner liner or a finer mesh alternative. State whether the priority is fall protection, abrasion protection, dust reduction, or faster counting.
Define the fastening
Confirm inner liner thickness, covered areas, edge treatment, and fastening method. PP material and temperature resistance are quote checks, not assumed specifications.
Review the handling path
Before the final drawing and capacity review, confirm the need for a top lid, the fork or pallet jack interface, the fill weight, the stacking plan, and the environment.
Questions to clarify before tipping a box
Will my smallest fastener fall through the 50 × 50 mm grid?
Possibly, depending on the actual dimensions, shape, and orientation of the part. Do not judge by nominal length alone: a narrow or rotating part may pass differently than a block-shaped part. Send the size of the smallest part for an intake check. If the base grid is not suitable, compare a PP inner liner or a finer mesh specification.
What PP inner liner thickness is available?
Product certifications show black and light green PP hollow sheet inner liners, but do not confirm a standard thickness. Thickness must be selected against part weight, impact, abrasion, and the box emptying method. This is a project confirmation point.
How many sides should the inner liner cover?
That depends on the failure mode you want to prevent. A floor-only barrier addresses floor-level loss; side coverage may be needed for small parts near the walls; a wider coverage may reduce contact with the grid. The covered areas must be defined in the quotation drawing. Do not treat the illustrated inner liner as a universal five-sided standard.
How is the inner liner secured?
The securing method is not confirmed in the current product entry. Ask us to specify the fastening type, edge distance, and whether the liner must be removable for cleaning or folding. The fastening must not interfere with the flap, stacking feet, or fork access.
Do I need a top lid to prevent parts from falling out?
Consider an optional top lid if parts can bounce out during forklift or pallet-jack movement, if the container is filled close to the rim, or if it is placed in a high-traffic area. A lid helps with containment, but a grid container with a lid is not automatically dust-tight, theft-resistant, or a certified security enclosure.
Can the inner liner be used at any temperature?
No universal temperature range is confirmed. The PP type and twin-wall sheet construction must be verified against your operating temperature, cleaning process, chemicals, and exposure duration before approval.
