That depends on the actual dimensions, shape, and orientation of the part. Do not assess only by nominal length: a narrow or rotating part may pass differently than a block-shaped part. Send the smallest part dimension for a containment assessment. If the base mesh is not suitable, compare a PP lining or a finer mesh specification.
Which PP lining thickness is available?

How many sides should the lining cover?
That depends on the failure you are preventing. A barrier on the bottom only addresses under-loss; side coverage may be needed for small parts near the walls; broader coverage may reduce contact with the mesh. The covered faces must be defined on the quotation drawing. Do not treat the depicted lining as a universal five-sided standard.
Hoe wordt de bekleding bevestigd?
Bevestigingsmethode is niet bevestigd in het huidige productdossier. Vraag ons de bevestigingsmethode, randspeling te specificeren en of de bekleding verwijderbaar moet zijn voor reiniging of om te vouwen. De bevestiging mag de valklep, stapelvoeten of vorktoegang niet hinderen.

Overweeg een optionele bovenklep wanneer onderdelen kunnen stuiteren tijdens vorkheftruck- of palletwagenbewegingen, wanneer de kooi bijna tot bovenaan gevuld is, of wanneer deze in een drukke ruimte staat. Een klep helpt bij insluitingscontrole, maar een gaaskooi met klep is niet automatisch stofdicht, diefstalbestendig of een gecertificeerde beveiligingsbehuizing.
Kan de bekleding bij elke temperatuur worden gebruikt?
Er is geen universeel temperatuurbereik bevestigd. PP-kwaliteit en hol-plaat constructie moeten worden gecontroleerd tegen uw bedrijfstemperatuur, reinigingsproces, chemicaliën en blootstellingstijd vóór goedkeuring.
