Wire mesh container with PP liner for bulk fasteners and small hardware
stbox
Stbox contentor de rede metálica para fixadores e pequenos ferragens: verificar malha de 50 × 50 mm, especificar espessura e cobertura do revestimento de PP, e adicionar tampa superior opcional quando o controle de derramamento for importante.
Stop losing fasteners between mesh openings
Fasteners are easy to count—until they are dumped from a small box into a wire mesh container.
Stbox is a collapsible wire mesh container for industrial parts storage and repeated warehouse handling. Its commonly documented 50 × 50 mm mesh favors visibility and ventilation, but it is not a sealed compartment. For screws, nuts, clips, and other small hardware, compare the smallest part against the free opening before approving the base cage.
- Mesh first: measure the smallest part, including its orientation and ability to roll or pass diagonally.
- PP liner when needed: black or light-green corrugated PP sheet is offered as an option to reduce friction and prevent parts from falling through the mesh.
- Top lid when needed: a hinged, lockable mesh lid is an option for parts that may bounce, spill, or require more controlled access.
- Confirm before production: liner thickness, number of covered sides, attachment method, and temperature resistance are project-specific and must be quoted.

Choose containment based on part behavior
ACCESSBase cage with lowered gate
Use the visible 50 × 50 mm mesh when the smallest hardware is safely retained and visibility matters. The lowered front gate helps operators reach parts without unloading the entire container.
PROTEÇÃOPP liner for small hardware
A black or light-green PP hollow plate liner can create a physical barrier between parts and the steel mesh. Required thickness, covered faces, and attachment method are not standardized information—define them with the part and handling route.
TOP CONTROLTop lid for spill control
A hinged mesh lid and lockable cover are optional variants. Consider them when parts may bounce during handling, when the container is positioned in a busy aisle, or when access needs to be controlled.
A practical route from loose parts to controlled handling
Keep the mesh decision honest
50 × 50 mm is a documented mesh option, not a universal answer for every fastener. Size, shape, and orientation determine whether a part can fall through or get caught in the wire.
Reduce metal-to-part contact
The PP hollow plate liner is indicated for protecting precision components. Confirm how much of the interior should be covered and how the liner will stay in place during loading and emptying.
Adapt access to counting work
The half-opening door supports manual access to stored products. It may suit teams that currently count by tilting small boxes, provided the containment configuration is agreed in advance.
Keep handling in the design
Stbox is built around repetitive industrial handling, with forklift and pallet truck use documented in the product material. Final fork openings, load center, capacity, and stacking rules require project confirmation.
Four checks before ordering
Measure the smallest part
Send length, width, height, shape, and a photograph or sample. Indicate whether it can roll, rotate, or fall diagonally through the opening.
Choose the barrier
Compare the 50 × 50 mm base mesh with a PP liner or a finer mesh alternative. Indicate whether the priority is anti-drop, anti-friction, dust reduction, or faster counting.
Define the attachment
Confirm liner thickness, covered faces, edge treatment, and attachment method. PP material and temperature resistance are check items in the quotation, not assumed specifications.
Review the handling route
Confirm the need for a top lid, fork or pallet truck interface, full weight, stacking plan, and environment before final drawing and capacity review.
Questions to resolve before tilting a box
Will my smallest fastener fall through the 50 × 50 mm mesh?
It may fall, depending on the actual dimensions, shape, and orientation of the part. Do not assess only by nominal length: a narrow or rotating part may pass differently than a block-shaped part. Send the smallest part dimension for a containment review. If the base mesh is not suitable, compare a PP liner or a finer mesh specification.
What PP liner thickness is available?
Product evidence shows PP hollow plate liners in black and light green, but does not confirm a standard thickness. Thickness must be selected based on part weight, impact, abrasion, and how the box is emptied. It is a project confirmation item.
How many sides should the liner cover?
It depends on the failure you want to prevent. A floor-only barrier solves bottom losses; side coverage may be needed for small parts near walls; broader coverage can reduce mesh contact. Covered faces must be defined in the quotation drawing. Do not treat the liner in the image as a universal five-sided standard.
How is the liner attached?
