Mtrack Foldable Motorcycle Shipping Rack for Container Transport
Discover Mtrack, a foldable motorcycle shipping rack configured for your cargo dimensions, unit weight, stacking plan and forklift. Use removable posts, reviewed stacking interfaces and foldable empty-rack recovery for container transport and reusable logistics.
A foldable motorcycle shipping rack configured around the real load
Mtrack is not a universal motorcycle pallet or a fixed warehouse rack. It is an engineered steel transport and storage rack configured from your motorcycle or irregular cargo envelope, unit weight, stacking level and forklift requirements.
For exporters, motorcycle clubs, dealers, overseas warehouses and freight forwarders, the goal is straightforward: load an assembled rack into a container, stack where the reviewed design allows it, and fold empty bases for return or recovery. Removable posts separate from the base; lock pins secure the connection; forklift access is designed into the base. The final geometry, wheel restraint arrangement and handling method must be reviewed for each project.
- Removable posts: support reviewed stacking arrangements and fold-down empty-rack recovery.
- Four-way forklift access: confirm fork dimensions, center distance, lift capacity and operating clearances before release.
- Load control: wheel chocks, tie-down points or other restraints can be configured around the cargo.
- Project calculation: there is no universal rating table or standard SKU; do not use a project value as a general product promise.

Choose the handling concept before the rack is built
CONTAINER TRANSPORTMotorcycle shipping pallet rack
Configure the base around the longest, widest and tallest motorcycle or irregular load, then review container clearances and restraint points.
DEALER & 3PL STORAGEMotorcycle stacking storage rack
Use removable posts and locating interfaces for a reviewed multi-level storage layout. Stacking height and quantity are project inputs, not fixed catalog specifications.
RETURNABLE HANDLINGFoldable recovery configuration
When racks return empty, folding the base and removing the posts can reduce recovery volume. Confirm the fold sequence, bundle size and handling method for your program.
A transport rack, not a generic pallet
Designed from the cargo envelope
Start with overall length, width, height, wheelbase, protrusions and center of gravity. Motorcycle model names alone are not enough for an engineering release.
Posts that separate from the base
Plug-in posts and lock pins support a removable frame concept for reviewed stacking and easier empty-rack folding.
Forklift-ready by specification
Fork openings, center distance, lift height, fork capacity and approach direction must be matched to the actual equipment and site method.
Restraints matched to the load
Wheel chocks and tie-down hooks may be configured, with adjustment and placement checked against the motorcycle and loading sequence.
Four inputs determine the right Mtrack build
Share the cargo envelope
Provide overall dimensions, wheel or support locations, unit weight and any protruding or fragile parts.
Define the stacking plan
Tell us the required levels, container type, target quantity, floor condition and whether empty racks return.
Match the forklift
Share fork section, spacing, capacity, lift height, approach direction and available operating clearance.
Review and release
We confirm the project geometry, restraints, locking points, handling sequence and applicable checks before production.
Questions to settle before ordering
Is Mtrack a standard motorcycle pallet for sale?
No. Mtrack is a project-configured foldable steel motorcycle shipping pallet rack. It is not a generic flat pallet, ordinary static rack or fixed-SKU product with one universal load table.
Can I use a published project dimension as my specification?
No. Dimensions and quantities shown in project materials describe those reviewed applications only. Your motorcycle or cargo envelope, stacking level, container and forklift must be checked separately.
What does the removable-post design do?
The posts can be separated from the base and secured with locking hardware in the reviewed configuration. This supports stacking location and folding or bundling empty racks; it does not remove the need for correct placement and inspection.
Can the rack carry two motorcycles?
Do not assume that it can. Multi-level storage and two-load arrangements require a project-specific design review covering total load, restraint, balance, clearances and handling. We do not make a universal two-motorcycle rating claim.
What forklift information should I send?
Send fork dimensions and spacing, rated capacity, lift height, entry direction, pallet-jack or forklift use, and the operating clearances at the container, warehouse and loading area.
When is Mtrack not suitable?
It is not suitable when the load envelope, handling equipment, floor condition, stacking method or restraint requirements cannot be verified, or when a customer needs an off-the-shelf pallet with a universal rating instead of an engineered configuration.
