Use removable posts and locating interfaces for a revised multi-level storage layout. Height and stacking quantity are project data, not fixed catalog specifications.
RETURNABLE HANDLINGCollapsible recovery configuration
When racks return empty, folding the base and removing the posts can reduce the recovery volume. Confirm the folding sequence, bundle size, and handling method for your program.
A transport rack, not a generic pallet
Designed from the cargo envelope
Start with overall length, width, height, wheelbase, overhangs, and center of gravity. Motorcycle model names alone are not enough for an engineering release.
Posts that separate from the base
Socket posts and locking pins support a removable frame concept for revised stacking and easier folding of the empty rack.
Forklift-ready as specified
Fork openings, center distance, lift height, fork capacity, and approach direction must be compatible with the actual equipment and operating method on site.
Retention systems suited to the cargo
Wheel chocks and tie-down hooks can be configured, with adjustments and positioning verified according to the motorcycle and the loading sequence.
Four pieces of information define the correct Mtrack configuration
Provide the cargo dimensions
Provide the overall dimensions, the location of the axles or support points, the unit weight, and any protruding or fragile parts.
Define the stacking plan
Provide the required levels, the container type, the desired quantity, the floor condition, and whether the empty racks return.
Match the forklift
Inform the fork section, the spacing, the capacity, the lifting height, the entry direction and the available operating clearance.
Review and release
We confirm the project geometry, the retention systems, the locking points, the handling sequence and the applicable checks before production.
Issues to clarify before ordering
Is the Mtrack a standard pallet for motorcycles for sale?
No. The Mtrack is a foldable steel pallet rack for transporting motorcycles, configured per project. It is not a generic flat pallet, a common static rack or a product with a fixed SKU and a universal load table.
Can I use the dimension of a published project as my specification?
No. The dimensions and quantities shown in the project materials describe only those reviewed applications. The dimensions of your motorcycle or load, the stacking level, the container and the forklift must be verified separately.
What does the design with removable posts do?
The posts can be separated from the base and secured with locking elements in the reviewed configuration. This makes it easier to locate stacking and to fold or group empty racks; it does not eliminate the need for correct positioning and inspection.
Can the rack carry two motorcycles?
Do not assume it can. Multilevel storage and configurations with two loads require a specific project review, covering total load, retention, balance, clearances and handling. We do not claim a universal capacity for two motorcycles.
What information about the forklift should I send?
Send the fork dimensions and spacing, rated capacity, lifting height, entry direction, pallet truck or forklift usage, and operating clearances in the container, warehouse, and loading area.
When is Mtrack not suitable?
It is not suitable when the load dimension, handling equipment, floor condition, stacking method, or retention requirements cannot be verified, or when the customer needs a ready-to-use pallet with universal capacity rather than a custom-engineered configuration.
