Mytrack is a stackable metal stillage built around the motorcycle envelope, forklift handling and empty-rack return plan. In the 14922 motorcycle transport rack project, the posts can be lifted out and folded inward, reducing the recorded folded height to 355 mm.
For the recorded 14922 configuration, the outside size is 2,300 × 2,470 × 1,270 mm, with an inside length × width of 2,116 × 2,410 mm, a recorded unit weight of 300 kg and a 100 mm forklift-entry height. These are project values, not a universal Mytrack size. Motorcycle wheel positioning, straps, contact protection and anti-tip control must be defined on the approved drawing for your model.

The 14922 project records an inside length × width of 2,116 × 2,410 mm, but it does not provide a confirmed internal height or a universal motorcycle fixture. Fit is assessed from your exact motorcycle envelope, wheelbase, centre of gravity and restraint requirements. The wheel positioning and anti-tip method must follow the approved drawing and engineering confirmation.
How high is the rack when folded?
The recorded folded height for the 14922 motorcycle transport rack is 355 mm. The posts are lifted out and folded inward. This figure is project-specific, so the final measurement should be confirmed against the approved drawing and production configuration.
How many racks fit in a container?
For the 14922 configuration, the recorded plan is 32 racks in a 40 ft high-cube container. Eight racks together were recorded at 2,470 × 2,300 × 2,560 mm. Actual loading depends on the final rack, folded state, packaging, securing method and container dimensions. A separate 14652 project recorded 64 empty racks; that number must not be combined with 14922.
Is 2 tonnes enough?
Two tonnes is the 14922 customer requirement and a concept value visible in some product imagery. It is not a confirmed, certified safe working load for every Mytrack rack. Tell us whether the figure means evenly distributed static load, concentrated load, forklift handling load or a transit target. Final SWL, stacking conditions and testing must be confirmed with the approved drawing and engineering data.
What is included as standard?
The base concept is a steel load platform with corner posts, stacking locations and forklift access. Caster wheels, wheel slots, tie-down points, rubber cushioning, side gates, lifting beams and other accessories are configuration-dependent. Images show different versions and must not be treated as a standard configuration list.
When is Mytrack not the right starting point?
Do not release a rack for a motorcycle or irregular load when the cargo envelope, centre of gravity, restraint method, forklift conditions or required load rating is unknown. A standard flat steel pallet may suit a regular load, while a fixed rack may suit permanent storage. Mytrack should be selected when repeatable handling, stackability and empty-rack return planning are part of the requirement.
