Stackable Material Racks

Stackable Material Racks
Raw stock and parts, stacked to the ceiling
Open steel racks that stack into stable columns for bar stock, profiles and loose components — no racking permit, no wall anchors, no wasted floor space.
Welded steel frame
Material storage that builds upward
When bar stock and component bins overflow the floor, fixed shelving runs out of height. Stackable material racks add a level — or a whole new column — without touching the building.
Each bay is a welded steel frame with spaced shelf levels that register onto the bay below, so a 3-level unit becomes a stable 4-high stack in minutes. Long bars, profiles and loose parts sit on open shelves that keep every item visible and within reach of the crane or forklift. The galvanised finish shrugs off shop-floor dust, humidity and daily handling.
- Register-stack frame — no bolts or wall anchors
- Open shelf levels suit bars, profiles and bins
- 3 to 5 levels per bay, add or drop as stock shifts
- Hot-dip galvanised for workshop and semi-outdoor use
- Nests flat when empty for low-cost return freight

Galvanised

Stacked Run
Multi-Bay Column
Drop bays onto bays to build a tall, dense material column with no racking.
