- Compare a 40HQ when annual volume is larger and the design can use its extra length and height without exceeding the approved stack or handling limits.
- Use film-wrapped units only when the motorcycle, finish protection and export handling process allow it; wooden-crate packing can reduce the practical quantity even when the steel rack dimensions do not change.
- Request a mixed-fleet study when motorcycle sizes, wheel chocks or rack types vary. A single headline count can be misleading if the loading plan must reserve clearance for the largest model.
